INDOOR SALES PERSONNEL
Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing
- Attend and follow up customer and Sales Enquiries
- Prepare & process order related documents, DO, Invoices, etc.
- General Customer Service Duties (Serving Customer, answering phone calls and making cold calls to get new leads.)
- Social media posting and responding to online platform inquiries
- Submit Activities Plan & Follow up Reports
- Other general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min A level (or equivalent qualification)
- Min 1 year working experience
- Social media marketing [highly preferred]
- Open to Singaporeans & PR
